Fees: The annual statutory representation fee is $50 per year. This is in addition to the $15 annual renewal fee assessed by the State of Utah. Please note that clients of Pattie S. Christensen, Esq only pay $25 per year for statutory representation.

 

Forms: To engage utahregistedagents.com Services, LLC as your statutory registered agent, you need to complete the appropriate Registered Information Change Form or else include us when forming your company. Because we are a Commercial Registered Agent, our signature is not needed. When completing the form, be sure to list the Commercial Registered Agent as:
